Guest sentiment
A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"A place with a lot of charm, it is beautiful, the staff attended to me excellently, and the products are among the best I've tried (products of very high quality). The service is very fast without being overwhelming. I chose the 'vacanze ad Amalfi' pizza, which is seasonal, and for dessert, a 'torta ricotta e pere,' both recommended by the waiter, and they were a complete success. I highly recommend it. If you can, sit at the counter, it's very nice to watch the pizzaiolos work (you can see they are passionate about what they do) and they are very synchronized during orders. Go hungry because the pizza is quite filling (large individual portion) and leave room for dessert, which is a must. I will definitely repeat. Overall, it is a place with plenty of tables and it can get a bit noisy, but it's part of the charm and is quite tolerable."
"We had a late dinner and found this nice Italian restaurant near our apartment. The ambience and the pizza were quite good, authentic Italian style with a soft, well-made dough. The price–quality ratio is very good. The staff recommended the burrata pizza, and it was definitely a great choice."
"No doubt on their 3rd ranking in TOP 50 Europe list. Their pizzas are really one of the best. Coming from someone who eats pizza EVERYWHERE I go, it means a lot ! Their Neapolitan dough is 100/100, light fluffy airy and most importantly, good consistency. We went back 3 times during our 1 week time in Madrid, we were impressed again, and again! Which is really rare I must say. Out of everything we have tried, I would highly recommend the fritto, parmigiano aubergine, san marzano guanciale pizza (though it should be a limited time special only). Last but not least, their hospitality from every crews/ chefs were mesmerising."
"A must for Italian food in Madrid. The staff is really friendly, the dark haired waitress that served me was super friendly and nice. The food is good and you can tell it’s authentic italian. Nice decor as well."
"This was a place I really wanted to try during our stay in Madrid, as it's considered one of the best pizzerias in the world. We didn't have a reservation, but were lucky enough to get two seats at the bar (probably the best seats in the house as you get to see the making of the pizzas). I strongly recommend booking a table in advance. We ordered pizzas, but I will be honest though and say that it was not the best Neapolitan pizza I ever had. Nonetheless, the flavor was amazing and it was a very good pizza. The tiramisu on the other hand was delicious! Super friendly staff, good Italian wines and you get the feel of Italy as the staff also speaks Italian. Definitely worth a visit!"
"Second time here — this time I checked out their newly opened spot, and they’ve totally kept the magic alive! The pizza is just as amazing as I remembered. I had the Bufalina Classica and Diavola de León, both absolutely delicious. Dough was perfect, toppings super fresh. Tiramisu? Still a 10/10. Light, creamy, and just hits the spot. The new place has that same cozy, rustic vibe — simple, relaxed, and feels like a little slice of Naples in the middle of the city. Consistently great. Can’t wait to come back again!"
"We tried their pizza and the dough was soft, airy and really tasty, exactly the kind you hope for. Toppings were fresh and well balanced, and overall it was a really enjoyable meal. The place has a cosy, busy atmosphere and it feels like a popular local spot. Service was friendly, and it paired well with the drinks we had."
"This place is next level tasty. No fuss and no frills. Rated one of the top 50 pizzas IN THE WORLD ! I felt like I was in Italy with all the Italians around. Generous toppings with a pizza crust unlike any other. Pro tip - go alone, sit at the bar, you’re more likely to get a seat."
